Before Tanning...
For best results, avoid all oil-based products
Exfoliate
Shave
Moisturize
After Tanning...
Wait 4-6 hours before showering or swimming
Moisturize daily, especially after showering
Avoid exfoliating until you're ready to tan again
Salt water and chlorine affect the life of your tan
